How it works
- Prices are fixed and agreed before I start. Anything not on the menu is $150/hour, and I'll always check with you before going past what we agreed.
- At your home or business, or remotely by screen sharing — same price either way. Evenings and some weekends, by appointment.
- Travel is free within 30 km of my home base just outside Grand Bend; $25 for 30–50 km and $45 for 50–80 km. Farther than that, remote help or a quote.
- If something can't be fixed (dead or worn-out hardware), you pay a $49 diagnosis only, credited if you go ahead with a replacement setup.
- Parts, software and subscriptions are extra, at cost. Pay by e-transfer, cash or card.
- I don't do Wi-Fi or router setup, internet, phone or TV service, security cameras, or smart-home installs — your provider is the right call for those.
